Smarter Insights specializes in tracking and reporting services for e-commerce websites built on WordPress (WooCommerce). Our offerings include:

3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for businesses operating e-commerce websites on the WordPress (WooCommerce) platform. By using our services, you confirm that your website meets this criterion.
4. User Responsibilities
To enable us to provide our services effectively, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information about your website and business. Grant necessary access to your website, ad accounts, and analytics platforms. Ensure that your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
5. Pricing and Payment
The total value of our service is $2,700, with a regular price of $712. However, after a 30% discount, you will receive it for $499. The $499 is a one-time setup cost for implementing all tracking and reporting features. In addition, a $99/month fee applies for the connectors that keep your tracking system running.
Important: Failure to Pay Monthly Connector Fee
If you fail to pay the $99/month connector fee or choose to discontinue payments, you will lose access to the entire tracking setup that was implemented as part of the $499 setup cost.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee under the following conditions:
Eligibility for a Refund
Refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds are available if we fail to set up tracking for the platforms we promised.
If our tracking setup fails to provide accurate data due to an issue on our end, you are eligible for a refund.
If you do not receive the report data as outlined in our service details.
If only part of the setup is completed, a partial refund may be offered instead of a full refund.
Refunds Will Not Be Eligible If:
The refund request is made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
The tracking setup has been successfully completed as per the service details.
The data is being accurately tracked, but your ad performance or sales results did not improve.
You changed your mind or no longer need the service after the setup is completed.
You provided incorrect website access or details, leading to setup delays or failure.
You did not provide access to required platforms, which led to a failure in setting up tracking.
The issue is caused by third-party restrictions (e.g., platform policy changes, ad account suspensions).
If you fail to provide the required access to necessary platforms (e.g., ad accounts, analytics tools, or website backend), and this prevents us from completing the setup, a refund will not be granted.
If you request a refund after we’ve started working on your setup, we will deduct the cost of the time and work already done before issuing the refund.
If the tracking setup is incomplete or inaccurate due to third-party issues (e.g., plugin conflicts, server restrictions), refunds may not apply.

Processing of Refunds
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days and issued to the original payment method.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smarter Insights shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use our services.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or similar issues that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smarter Insights and its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services or your violation of these Terms.
9. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
